Delivery

TOC endeavours to despatch orders on the same day they are placed. Each delivery will contain a delivery note or invoice as well as informing the customer of any items to follow. On receipt of goods customers are requested to ensure the goods are as required before breaking any packaging or seal. Shortages or breakages must be notified to TOC within 3 days of receipt.

 

Returns

All credits and returns are issued at the discretion of TOC Head Office. Customers must in the first instance call TOC with details of products to be returned with reasons for the return.

Under the following conditions, customers may return for credit any stock product with which they are not satisfied:

  1. Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Products must be standard catalogue items in an unopened condition and will only be accepted back from the original purchaser.
  3. Written explanation must accompany the goods, stating the reason for dissatisfaction and quoting the original invoice number.
  4. Returned goods must be adequately packaged to withstand delivery and carriage must be prepaid by the customer with contents insured to the full invoice value. TOC is unable to credit returned goods lost or damaged in transit.
  5. All products must be in a new and resaleable condition, of current design and in its original packaging. According to CE regulations, items returned opened must be regarded as "used" and cannot therefore be accepted back for credit.
  6. TOC reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on certain products.
  7. Special customer ordered products such as prewelded bands are non-returnable.
  8. Products supplied from other companies that are not standard stock items are non-returnable.
